With our Catch Up option, we provide you the opportunity to have your outstanding debtor's accounts worked off without having to sign up long term if you're not ready. With our meticulous credit control we aim to have your accounts up to date in the shortest possible time.

Staffing Solutions
1. Staff Placements
We place our trained and professional staff inside your practice. These individuals are trained in best practice with regards to patient communication, task management, optimal practice processes, SOP’s, Practice Management etc. Once placed, they also receive training in practice based on your individual needs. Placements are constantly being followed up on and supervised by Rosely MCC (PTY) Ltd.

Note: These staff members remain employed by Rosely MCC and is placed on a contract basis. So the staffing responsibilities such as UIF etc. is on us.
2. On-site Staff Training
If you already have staff employed by yourself, that needs to be trained in patient communication , task management, optimal practice processes, SOP’s, Practice Management etc. we now also offer on site training.
This training is done in stages.
Stage 1 : Identifying the issues / needs.
Stage 2 : Training.
Stage 3: Feedback and discussions.
Please note, duration of training depends on issues identified and training needed.
First and foremost, we pride ourselves on being extremely affordable and completely transparent in our service fees. Our fees are charged monthly based on a percentage (%) of payments received by the service provider.
We do NOT charge on turnover and we do NOT charge on journals done etc. We TRULY charge based ONLY on the payments received. This will be reflected in the financial reports sent to the service provider monthly, keeping you informed every step of the way.
These payments will be made directly into your own bank account from the funder / patient.
Very simply, if you don’t get your money, we don’t get ours.

The percentage that we charge depends on the option of service chosen by the service provider and will be negotiated and agreed upon prior to entering into the service agreement.
Bureau Services Fee Structure
At Rosely MCC (PTY) Ltd we TRULY charge based on funds received by the service provider only, i.e. funder payments & patient payments received.
We do NOT charge on turnover or journals done etc.
Staffing Solutions Fee Structure
When choosing our placement option, note that the staff member remains employed by Rosely MCC (PTY ) Ltd. As such, all the staffing responsivities (UIF etc.) is covered by Rosely MCC (PTY) Ltd.

You remain in control with regards to the workings inside your practice at all times. Note the staff remains employed by Rosely MCC. This service is invoiced monthly based on a fee agreed upon prior to the service commencing.
2. On-site Staff Training
If you already have staff employed by yourself, that needs to be trained in patient communication , task management, optimal practice processes, SOP’s, Practice Management etc. we now also offer on site training.
This training is done in stages.

Please note, duration of training depends on issues identified and training needed.
This is billed once off at an hourly rate, a deposit of 50% is required to confirm booking dates. Two weeks prior to training an additional 25% payment is required. The remaining 25% payment is due on the last day of training.
