Will you have to migrate to another medical software program?

In most cases, no.

With extensive experience working across many of the country's leading medical practice management systems, we can generally arrange the necessary user access directly with the relevant software licence holder. A costly or disruptive software migration should therefore not be necessary.

1. Staff Placements

Bring skilled, professionally trained staff into your practice — without taking on the full burden of recruitment, training and employment administration.

Rosely MCC places carefully selected and extensively trained staff within your practice, equipped with best-practice knowledge in patient communication, task management, practice processes, SOPs and general practice management.

Once placed, each staff member receives practice-specific training to ensure they understand your unique requirements, systems and processes — allowing them to integrate seamlessly into your practice.

But our support doesn't stop there.

All placements are continuously monitored and supervised by Rosely MCC, providing ongoing guidance, accountability and support to both the practice and our staff member.

One less responsibility for you.

Our placed staff remain employed by Rosely MCC on a contractual basis, meaning the employment administration and associated responsibilities — including UIF and other employment-related obligations — remain with us.

At Rosely MCC (Pty) Ltd, we believe our fees should be simple, transparent and aligned with your success.

We charge based on funds actually received by the service provider.

We do not charge on turnover, invoiced amounts or journals processed.

Your payments are made directly into your own bank account by the funder or patient. Our agreed percentage is then calculated solely on the qualifying funds received.

Every transaction is transparently reflected in the monthly financial reports provided to you, keeping you fully informed and in control of your practice’s finances.

The percentage charged is determined by the service package selected and is discussed, negotiated and agreed upon with you before entering into the service agreement.

1. Staff Placements

Once placed, the staff member receives practice-specific training to ensure they understand your unique systems, requirements and way of working.

Our support continues throughout the placement. Rosely MCC provides ongoing supervision, guidance and follow-up, ensuring accountability and maintaining the high standards expected by both you and your patients.

You remain in control.

You retain full control over the day-to-day workings, processes and requirements of your practice. We simply provide the skilled staff member to help you implement them effectively.

Importantly, the staff member remains employed by Rosely MCC (Pty) Ltd, taking the associated employment responsibilities off your shoulders.

The service is invoiced monthly at a fee agreed upon with you before the placement commences, providing complete transparency and predictable costs.

Our on-site training programme is designed to strengthen your staff’s skills, improve practice efficiency and ensure your team follows professional, consistent processes.
